About Me

Journalism is about telling stories that matter whether through writing, photography, video, or digital platforms. It’s purpose is to bring important issues to light, amplify underrepresented communities, and bring justice to harsh truths that represent diverse audiences. This is why I have been drawn to multimedia journalism. I want to share stories across culture and communities by using a range of digital and visual media, from social media to long form storytelling.

When I’m not working, I am exploring and creating new experiences worth sharing. I enjoy hiking, camping, and backpacking, especially in my hometown of Flagstaff, Arizona. I’m also very passionate about travel and discovering new places, often through the lens of storytelling and visual content that captures moments in real time.
